Time spent with soil life and plant life on a YuvaKrishi farm can be recorded here. We check each entry with the farm before it counts, so the record means something to the next farmer who reads it.

Field Hand
Basic season tasks: transplanting, weeding, bund work, compost turning.
150 hours
Practitioner
A full crop cycle followed end to end, including soil and water management.
400 hours
Steward
Multiple cycles across different farms — able to run a plot with little supervision.
