YuvaKrishi will never charge a farm to list a volunteer opportunity, and it will never charge a young person to find one. Our costs are covered by grants, CSR, and mission-aligned partners. Revenue services come later — and only from things that help farms grow.

Every approved hour is recorded and can be shown to future employers, training institutes, or farmer networks.
Free certification
Reach 50, 150, or 400 hours and earn Field Hand, Practitioner, or Steward credentials — no course fee.
Community and mentorship
Join WhatsApp groups, farm meetups, and an alumni network of people building rural careers.
Path to paid work
Verified volunteers are the first people farms call when paid seasonal roles open up.

Free help today. Optional services tomorrow.
Listing a farm and receiving verified volunteers is free. Later, farms can choose paid support such as organic transition planning, soil health guidance, labour scheduling, and access to a curated inputs marketplace.
